18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

GlobalXCams (https://globalxcams.com) is a live webcam link aggregator / referral directory. This statement explains our position under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related regulations.

1. Nature of the site

GlobalXCams does not produce, film, upload, host, stream, or store sexually explicit audiovisual content on its own servers. We display third-party information (such as usernames, tags, viewer counts, and thumbnail URLs provided by partner platforms) and provide outbound links/affiliate referrals to third-party webcam platforms, including but not limited to Chaturbate, Stripchat, and BongaCams.

2. Primary producer / custodian of records

For any sexually explicit content that appears when you leave GlobalXCams and enter a partner platform, the platform operator and/or the content producer associated with that platform is responsible for ensuring that all performers are adults and for maintaining the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, to the extent those requirements apply to them.

3. Exemption / non-producer status

With respect to content solely displayed via linking, embedding references, or indexing of third-party publicly available listings, GlobalXCams operates as a secondary or tertiary distributor / aggregator of referrals and does not act as the primary producer of the underlying visual depictions. Accordingly, GlobalXCams does not maintain 2257 age-verification records for third-party live streams that it does not produce or host.

4. Age of visitors

Access to GlobalXCams is restricted to adults (18+). Users must confirm their age before browsing. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the site.

5. Reporting concerns
